Jayashree Balaraman is an undergraduate student studying Computational Biology. She began working in Dr. Hurley’s lab in Fall 2023 and is analyzing circadian clock proteins in macrophages utilizing various computational methods. Jayashree is actively involved in the RPI Women’s Mentoring Program as well as the Science Ambassadors Program. She also enjoys bowling in her free time. She hopes to pursue graduate work in the field of genetics and genomics.
